万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 投资有助于促进企业的发展,同时还具有引导企业业务发展模式和结构调整的重要功 能。2008 年，新疆 QH 集团改变单一的产业经营模式，经过五年的发展，目前面临从传统经 营向现代化转型、从投资推动向资源优化配置转型、从企业追求规模向追求效益的全面转型 期，而企业投资管理却缺乏系统和科学的规划,现有管理机制和手段存在种种弊端,己不能适 应企业发展和转型的需要。 本文立足于新疆 QH 集团发展现状,以 2010-2012 年为时间段,运用现代财务管理和战略 理论,自上而下展开研究。首先,对新疆 QH 集团投资管理现状进行了分析,总结了公司投资管 理的成功经验及存在的问题；其次，对公司 2010-2012 年期间面临的环境进行了分析,对各 产业进行了发展战略定位,给出了新疆 QH 集团今后的投资战略设计；再次,着重研究了投资 战略实施的保障措施,对投资战略所涉及的投资管理体系构建进行了阐述。本论文研究主要 采用了文献分析法、定性与定量分析相结合、理论与实践分析相结合、比较分析法、PEST 分析法、SWOT 分析法、波特竞争力分析模型等分析方法,主要理论基础为战略管理理论、投 资战略理论。 最后，本文通过对相关行业背景、QH 集团发展道路、环境和投资对策分析, 充分考虑企业集团的业务流程重组和自身特点,信息化、电子化、网络化、金融 化对企业投资管理体制和模式的影响,以及全球化下的空前竞争时代表征,提出 了新形势下的 QH 集团投资战略。 关键词:战略管理,投资战略,发展环境，实施与保障 II Abstract Investment will help promote the development of the enterprise, at the same time also has a guidance to the enterprises the most important function of business development mode and structural adjustment.
