摘 摘 要 I I 摘 要 随着高等教育的大众化，我国每年有数百万的大学生从学校毕业、进入社 会，开始寻找工作。由于供过于求导致的竞争激烈，使大学生的就业问题成为 整个社会关注的重要问题之一。在这个庞大的就业群体中，民办高职院校毕业 生相对处于弱势的地位，其就业问题也更为突出，进而也更值得我们给予高度 的关注。因为社会的价值取向、高校的重视度和生源优劣,以及师资、经费来源 的特殊性等方面的原因, 民办高职院校的“就业难”问题远远大于同类的公办 院校。在当前严峻的就业形势下，高校应当采取什么样的措施来提高毕业生的 就业能力和职业素质，进而促进学生自身的职业发展，这是一个所有高校都面 临的重大课题，尤其对于民办高职院校来说，这一课题极其具有挑战性。 本文以马斯洛的需求层次理论、萨帕的生涯发展理论作为研究的理论基础， 通过对福建省泉州市六所民办高职院校的师生进行问卷调查,搜集整理相关的 第一手资料，并在对相关资料进行透彻分析的基础之上，梳理总结了泉州市民 办高职院校职业指导课程的开设现状、存在的各种问题，以及出现这些问题的 原因。再通过对国内外高校职业指导课程先进经验的借鉴，进而从教育行政、 学校，以及促进学生自身的成长三个方面，提出我国的民办高职院校职业指导 课程改革的现实对策。希望能够为相关的教育行政部门提供参考，对我国民办 高职院校职业指导课的课程改革和发展起到推动和促进作用，从而促使其在职 业指导课的课程开设上更加全面合理，更加具有针对性，更加符合民办高职院 校学生就业指导的需要和我国经济社会发展的需要。 关键词：民办高职院校 职业指导课 改革 Abst Abstract PAGE PAGE VI Abstract With the popularization of higher education in China, every year millions of college students graduate from the university, and find their jobs. Employment of college students has become the concern of the whole society, and being one of an important issue. In this employment group, students which graduate from Private vocational colleges is disadvantaged, and should get more attention. Because of the special nature of social reasons in Private vocational colleges, universities and students, and teachers, and other sources of funding, difficult in finding a job problem is far greater than the same kind of run institutions. How to deal with the severe employment situation, improve their employability and professional quality, promote career development of students, private colleges and universities is an urgent need to solve the problem.
