ABSTRACT ABSTRACT IV IV Abstract With the development of Economic globalization and area integration,entering the WTO of our country and prefecting the market economy systems ,we have paid more and more attention to the project administration .Today, all industries of our country have involved in competition among the international markets ,from the initial simple labour service contracted to the total project contractedas. Minewhile, a lot of overseas contract business have entered the field of contract project of our country.so that the modern project administration has further application. When we are taking efforts on establishing a modern enterprise system, Western developed countries have already focused on the project administration .Project has became a importance factor to the economic growth of our country. Its success or failure has became one of the problems, which the country , enterprise, and society concerned with.The project administration plays an important effect to development and success of project. Therefore, the further and wide practice activity, as well as the enhance of administration level of project not only meet the need of development, but also satify the requirement of economic growth . The electric power is one of the most essential infrastructures for the development of industry and economy in any country. However the present science and technology is actually hard to make mass storage for electric power effectively.and is consistent between its production and marketing.Therefore,to supply the reliable and stable electric power to consumers,it plays important role to let the power plant generator unit with high quality of general repair.In this thesis,the project management method is applied to overhaul schedule of power plant. It has been studied and implemented by the project scheduling management procedure with computer software-Microsoft Project 2007 via the intranet of power plant.
