重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 中文摘要 I I 摘 要 网络媒体是继报纸、广播、电视之后的又一新兴媒体。网络凭借其相对自由、 平等的平台，承载着各色言论和信息，被称之为“舆论交换广场”。互联网的普及 刺激这一新兴媒体产业的崛起与发展，但互联网的普及发展是否会扩大我国中西 部地区的数字鸿沟？自 2000 年以来，我国各大网络新闻媒体纷纷诞生，其中地方 新闻网站作为一支不可或缺的舆论力量也在逐步发展壮大，并形成了各自鲜明的 特色，在全国范围内颇具影响力。纵观我国发展起来的一批重点地方新闻网站， 大多兴起于我国经济文化发达的东部沿海地区，而西部地区在网络媒体的建设中 显得有些亦步亦趋，模仿痕迹较为严重。在日趋激烈的网络媒体竞争中，西部地 区的网络新闻媒体在如何打造具有地方特色的新闻网站，改革网站经营理念与模 式，充分运用各类新媒介进行媒体资源整合等问题上急需加以改善。 本文以诞生于西部地区的我国地方重点新闻网站“华龙网”为研究对象，结 合传播学中的传播五要素等相关理论，对该网站进行较为全面的研究。通过对华 龙网 SWOT 分析其发展的机遇和挑战，对其新闻报道内容作横向的比较，具体分 析华龙网的优劣势等问题。 关键词：西部网络媒体，网络传播，数字鸿沟，华龙网 重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 II II ABSTRACT The network media is absolutely a new media which different from newspaper, broadcasting and TV. Cyberspace, a relative free and equal media, is full of all kinds of views and message. So it is called “public opinion exchanging square”. The popularize of internet make a new media industry thriving. But, the digital divide which caused by internet also becomes an academic focus. In the year of 2000, many news media website established，with distinct characteristics, the local news media website develop very rapidly and become more and more important in media market, some of them are very famous among the country. Most of important local news website born in eastern part of china, but in west part, many local news websites have many difficulties, obvious imitation leads them being lack of local features. In this fierce competition, there are many problems for west new website to solve, such as how to reform management model, make resource integration and so on .This paper focus on the key news websites in the western of china as the research object, combined related communication theories, then analyze its strength, weakness; compare its news content, analyze its opportunity and problems. The problems of digital divide are bad for the economy and culture development of the west. This area bonds of natural and cultural resources, the local news websites are the most convenient
