220例应用胆道镜治疗胆道残余结石的护理体会 　　摘要：目的 本文主要研究利用胆道镜对胆道残余结石治疗的临床护理方法和效果。方法 对我院2008年1月~2013年1月5年接收治疗的220例胆道残余结石患者治疗及护理情况进行回顾分析，将汇总按照护理措施分成护理组和对照组，每组有患者110例，对照组患者接受传统的护理，而护理组患者则在传统护理的基础上接受全面的综合性护理，探讨综合护理对胆道镜治疗的效果。结果 经过治疗和护理，对照组患者中97例患者取净残余结石，取净率达到88.18%；护理组患者98例取净结石， 取净率为89.09%，两组患者在治疗效果方面差异不具有统计学意义。但是在取石次数和并发症方面具有差异具有统计学意义，护理组效果明显优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 对于胆道残余结石利用纤维胆道镜治疗具有较好效果，但是需要开展全面综合性护理，可以有效降低取石次数，降低并发症发生率，提高治疗质量。 　　关键词：纤维胆道镜；胆道残余结石；综合护理 　　220 Cases of Choledochoscope in the Treatment of Residual Stones of Biliary Tract Nursing 　　WANG Huan 　　(Hunan Peoples Hospital,Changsha 410000,Hunan,China) 　　Abstract：ObjectiveClinical nursing method and effect of the main purpose of this study using Choledochoscope for biliary residual stones. MethodsIn our hospital from 2008 January ~2013 year in January 5 years receiving treatment for 220 cases with residual stones of biliary tract in patients with treatment and nursing were retrospectively analyzed, will be aggregated according to nursing into nursing group and control group, each group has 110 patients, the control group patients received traditional nursing care, and patients on the basis of conventional nursing care receive comprehensive care fully, to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the choledochoscope treatment.ResultsCholedochoscope treatment effect after treatment and nursing, the control net residual stones of 97 patients group, to take the net rate of 88.18% groups of patients; nursing in 98 cases the stones removed, to take the net rate of 89.09%, two groups of patients in terms of treatment effect difference was not statistically significant. But with statistically significant differences in extraction of stones and complications, the effect of nursing group than the control group (P0.05).Conclusion For biliary residual stones by choledochoscope in the treatment with good results, but the need to carry out comprehensive care, can effectively reduce the number of stones, reduce the incidence of complicat
