2型糖尿病治疗中瑞格列奈临床效果探讨 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨治疗2型糖尿病时选择瑞格列奈的临床效果。方法 67例2型糖尿病患者， 均为其采用瑞格列奈进行治疗， 记录患者治疗后的效果， 并对治疗前后患者血糖值变化进行对比。结果 67例患者治疗总有效率为97.01%（65/67）， 不良反应率为4.48%（3/67）。治疗后空腹血糖值为（7.03±0.82）mmol/L， 明显低于治疗前（9.38±1.16）mmol/L， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后餐后2 h血糖值低于治疗前， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 治疗2型糖尿病时选择瑞格列奈的效果较好， 可有效降低患者血糖值， 可在临床推广。 　　【关键词】 2型糖尿病；瑞格列奈；血糖值 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.07.066 　　Investigation of clinical effect by repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus SUN Shu-hong. Liaoning Dalian City Zhuanghe City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Dalian 116400， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 67 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus all received repaglinide for treatemtn. Records were made on effects after treatment in patient， and comparison was made on changes in blood glucose levels before and after treatment. Results The 67 patients had total effective rate in treatment as 97.01% （65/67）， and incidence of adverse reactions as 4.48% （3/67）. They had fasting blood glucose level as （7.03±0.82） mmol/L 　　after treatment， which was obviously lower than （9.38±1.16） mmol/L before treatment， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. They had lower 2 h postprandial blood glucose after treatment than that before treatment， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of repaglinide shows precise effect in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus， and it can effectively lower blood glucose level in patients. This method is worth clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Type 2 diabetes mellitus； Repaglinide； Blood glucose level 　　糖尿病属于典型的内分泌系统慢性疾病， 是由于人体内胰岛素分泌不足或胰岛抵抗所引发的血液、尿液中糖分代谢障碍， 长期发展后可诱发各类并发症。目前我国2型糖尿病的发病率正在逐年增加， 合理使用降糖药物是保证患者健康的基础。本文即是研究治疗2型糖尿病时利用瑞格列奈的效果， 如下为具体研究方法和结果。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1. 1 一般资料 选取2014年3月～2016年9月本院收治的患者67例， 其均确诊为2型糖尿病患者， 其中男37例， 女30例， 年龄最大83岁， 最小42岁， 平均年龄（60.38±8.62）岁；病程最长17年， 最短5年， 平均病程（7.03±2.
