Bakri球囊宫内填塞治疗产后出血效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探究Bakri球囊宫内填塞治疗产后出血的效果。方法：选取2016年1-12月来笔者所在医院生产并发生产后出血患者68例作为研究对象，按随机化原则将其均分为两组，分别为后穹隆组（后穹隆填纱及腹带加压方式治疗）和球囊组（用Bakri球囊子宫填塞方式治疗），观察两种治疗方法的效果及术后结局。结果：经过资料取证及统计学分析可知，后穹隆组患者治疗总有效率为76.47%，显著低于球囊组的94.12%，差异有统计学意义（Z=4.228，P0.05）；而球囊组输血人数、术后入ICU率、手术时间、出血量及术后住院天数均显著优于后穹隆组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：Bakri球囊宫内填塞治疗产后出血效果较好，加快恢复速度，有效减少出血量，改善预后，可以进行推广。 　　【关键词】 Bakri球囊； 宫内填塞； 产后出血； 疗效分析 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.16.002 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）16-0003-03 　　Therapeutic Effect Analysis of Bakri Balloon Intrauterine Tamponade in Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage/ZHA Juan.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（16）：3-5 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analysis the curative effect of Bakri balloon intrauterine tamponade in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Method：68 postpartum hemorrhage patients from January 2015 to December 2015 to the author’s hospital were selected as research subjects，according to the principles they were randomized into two groups respectively， posterior fornix group and balloon group，the curative effect and outcome of the two treatments were observed.Reslut：After the results of forensic data and statistical analysis，the treatment effective rate of posterior fornix group was 76.47%，significantly lower than 94.12% of balloon group，the difference was statistically significant（Z=4.228，P0.05）.And the blood transfusions number，ICU rate，operation time，the bleeding amount and postoperative hospital stay of balloon group were significantly better than posterior fornix group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of Bakri balloon intrauterine tamponade in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is good，speed recovery，reduce the amount of bleeding and improve the prognosis can be promoted. 　　【Key words】 Bakri balloon； Intrauterine tamponade； Postpartum hemorrhage； Efficacy analysis 　　First-author’s address：Taishan Maternal and Children Health Care，Taishan 529200，China 　　?a后出血（Postpartum Hem
