BiPAP呼吸机治疗急性心源性肺水肿疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的 探讨BiPAP呼吸机治疗急性心源性肺水肿（ACPE）的疗效。方法 按照随机原则将本院近年来收治的60例ACPE患者分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。采用常规治疗法给予对照组患者进行治疗，治疗组除了采用常规治疗法外，还需要采用BiPAP呼吸机进行治疗，治疗结束后，对治疗组和对照组患者的疗效、临床症状改善情况进行观察和比较。结果 相较于对照组，治疗组患者的疗效，心率、呼吸频率改善情况更加理想，且动脉血气转归效果也更加理想，两组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用BiPAP呼吸机对ACPE患者进行治疗，可以取得不错的疗效，不良反应少，具有广泛应用的价值。 　　【关键词】急性心源性肺水肿；BiPAP呼吸机；疗效 　　【中图分类号】R541.636 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2015.01.0.02 　　Observation on BiPAP in treatment of acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema 　　HUANG Xiao-fen， WU Xiao-qiu， NONG Zhen-rui 　　（Department of internal medicine Chongzuo Peoples Hospital Guangxi， 　　Guangxi Congzuo 532200， China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of BiPAP ventilator in the treatment of acute cardiogenic pulmonary edema. Methods Thehospital in recent years to 60 cases of acute cardiogenic pulmonaryedema patients were divided into treatment group and control grouprandomly， 30 cases in each group.
