Bobath技术联合回本复原方治疗脑卒中急性期患者疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨Bobath技术联合回本复原方治疗脑卒中急性期患者的疗效及对血清脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）、神经营养素-3（NT-3）、神经生长因子（NGF）水平的影响。方法：选取2013年2月-2015年6月本院收治的脑卒中急性期患者116例，按随机数字表法分为联合组（n=59）和对照组（n=57），对照组给予西医常规对症支持治疗、中药回本复原方外敷、补阳还五汤内服、传统体针、头针治疗，联合组在对照组治疗的基础上加用Bobath技术治疗，疗程均为4周。分别评价血清BDNF、NT-3、NGF水平及神经功能恢复、运动障碍严重程度、日常生活能力的差异。结果：联合组治疗后血清BDNF、NT-3、NGF水平均明显高于对照组（P0.05）；联合组治疗后神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分、Fugl-Meyer评分法（FMA）评分、改良Barthel指数（MBI）评分和对照组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：Bobath技术联合回本复原方治疗可升高脑卒中急性期患者血清BDNF、NT-3、NGF水平，促进受损神经的恢复，同时有效改善运动能力和生活能力。 　　【关键词】 脑卒中； 急性期； Bobath技术； 回本复原方； 疗效 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the efficacy of Bobath technique combined with Huiben Fuyuan Decoction treatment for patients with acute cerebral apoplexy and the influence on serum levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor（BDNF），neurotrophin-3（NT-3），nerve growth factor（NGF）.Method：One handred and sixteen patients with acute cerebral apoplexy were selected and randomly divided into the combinational group（n=59） and the control group（n=57）according to the random number table，patients in the control group received conventional western medicine and Huiben Fuyuan Decoction，Buyang Huanwu Decoction，traditional body，scalp acupuncture treatment，the combinational group added Bobath technique treatment on the basis of the control group，the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The serum levels of BDNF，NT-3，NGF and neurological recovery，dyskinesia severity，ability of daily living were detected before and those of after treatment.Result：After treatment，the serum levels of BDNF，NT-3，NGF in the combinational group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）.After treatment，there were significant differences between two groups on NIHSS，FMA and MBI scores（P0.05）.Conclusion：Bobath technique combined with Huiben Fuyuan Decoction treatment for patients with acute cerebral apoplexy can increase the serum levels BDNF，NT-3，NGF，promote the recovery of damaged nerves，and effectively improve the motor ability and daily livin
