56例2型糖尿病治疗效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。 方法 选取2011年1月～2012年1月到本院门诊治疗的口服降糖药控制血糖不佳的2型糖尿病患者56例。所有患者在饮食控制及生活方式调节的基础上，应用甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗，连续治疗3个月，检测治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h血糖（2hBG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、空腹C肽（FCP）、餐后2 h C肽（2hCP）、质量指数（BMI）、尿糖（GLU）水平的变化。 结果 所有患者均顺利完成实验，全部患者的FBG、2hBG、HbA1c、FCP、2hCP、BMI、GLU在治疗3个月后均有显著改善（P0.05）。 结论 甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病疗效好，对于2型糖尿病患者具有重要意义，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 甘精胰岛素；口服降糖药；2型糖尿病 　　[中图分类号] R977.1+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0083-02 　　Curative effect analysis of 56 patients with type 2 diabetes 　　LI Bai-yun 　　Department of Endocrinology，People′s Hospital of Yichun City in Jiangxi Province，Yichun 336000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs for type 2 diabetes.Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in outpatient department of our hospital for poor control of blood-glucose by oral hypoglycemic drugs from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected.All patients were continuously treated by insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs for 3 months，on the basis of diet control and lifestyle adjustment.The fasting blood-glucose （FBG），2 hours postprandial blood-glucose （2hBG），glycosylated hemoglobin （HbA1c），fasting C-peptide （FCP），2 hours postprandial C-peptide （2hCP），body mass index （BMI），glucose in urine （GLU） were detected before and after treatment.Results All patients smoothly went through trial.Three months after treatment，the FBG，2hBG，HbA1c，FCP，2hCP，BMI，GLU of all patients were significantly improved （P0.05）.Conclusion For type 2 diabetes，insulin glargine combined with oral hypoglycemic drugs has good curative effect and important significance for patients，and is worth clinical promotion. 　　[Key words] Insulin glargine；Oral hypoglycemic drugs；Type 2 diabetes 　　随着社会的发展，经济的进步，人们生活水平的提高，2型糖尿病的发病率也逐年增加，已经成为威胁我国居民健康的主要慢性疾病之一。2型糖尿病患者常口服降糖药控制血糖。然而随着病程的进展，口服降糖药的效果会逐渐降低，导致血糖增高。甘精胰岛素是一种人胰岛素类似物，注入人体后能少量持续释放，有研究表明[1-4]，甘精胰岛素联合口服降糖药能有效控制2型糖尿病患者的血糖。本文探讨56例
