FOCUSPDCA程序在医护人员标准预防管理中应用 　　摘 要 目的：探讨FOCUS-PDCA程序对医护人员标准预防依从性的影响。方法：2012 年10月至2013年9月将FOCUS-PDCA程序应用于医护人员标准预防管理，应用前后分别对中心150名卫生技术人员进行标准预防依从性和影响因素调查，分析导致标准预防依从性不到位的关键影响因素（KPV），探讨改进措施，发现的新问题转入下一个FOCUS-PDCA循环中。结果：医院感染率由实施前的4.32%下降为2.07%（P＜0.01）；柏拉图提示标准预防不到位的KVP项目频数由309项降至99项，累计频率降至32.10%，改善效果为67.90%（P＜0.01）；医护人员的标准预防依从性显著提高（P＜0.01）。结论：采用FOCUS-PDCA程序，能有效控制医院感染发生率及标准预防不到位的因素，提高医护人员的标准预防依从性。 　　关键词FOCUS-PDCA程序标准预防医院感染依从性 　　中图分类号：R47文献标识码：A文章编号：1006-1533（2014）12-0053-04 　　Application of the FOCUS-PDCA procedure in the standard preventive management of the medical personnel 　　FANG Shuiqin, WANG Zhengping*, LU Xinjian, LU Xiaofeng 　　(Datuan Community Health Service Center of Pudong New District of Shanghai 201311, China) 　　ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the influence of the procedure of the FOCUS-PDCA on the standard preventive compliance#160;of the medical personnel. Methods: From Oct. 2012-Sept. 2013, the procedure of FOCUS-PDCA was applied to the standard preventive management of the medical personnel. The survey of the standard preventive compliance and influential factors were conducted in 150 health personnel before and after the application of the procedure. KPV leading to the standard preventive compliance not in place was analyzed and the improving measure discussed. The new problems found were planned into the next circle of FOCUS-PDCA. Results: The hospital infection rate fell from 4.32% before implementation to 2.07% after the implementation (P＜0.01). Plato indicated that the frequency of KVP leading to the standard prevention not in place decreased from 309 to 99 items, the accumulative frequency decreased 32.1%, and the effect of improvement was 67.90% (P＜0.01). The compliance of the standard prevention of the medical personnel was enhanced obviously (P＜0.01).
