COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者采用序贯机械通气与参麦注射液治疗临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）重症呼吸衰竭患者采用序贯机械通气与参麦注射液治疗的临床效果。方法 66例COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者， 根据入院时间分为对照组与观察组， 各33例。对照组患者在常规治疗同时给予序贯机械通气， 观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合参麦注射液治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效及序贯机械通气治疗时间、住院时间。结果 观察组治疗有效率为90.91%， 明显高于对照组的63.64%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者序贯机械通气治疗时间及住院时间均短于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 COPD重症呼吸衰竭患者应用序贯机械通气与参麦注射液联合治疗的效果较好， 具有一定推广应用价值。 　　【关键词】 呼吸衰竭；序贯机械通气；参麦注射液 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.05.047 　　Analysis of clinical effect by sequential mechanical ventilation and Shenmai injection in the treatment of COPD severe respiratory failure patients ZHAO Hai-kuan. Department of Intensive Medicine， Guanxian County People’s Hospital， Liaocheng 252500， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical effect by sequential mechanical ventilation and Shenmai injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） severe respiratory failure patients. Methods A total of 66 COPD severe respiratory failure patients were divided by admission time into control group and observation group， with 33 cases in each group. The control group received sequential mechanical ventilation on basis of conventional therapy， and the observation group received Shenmai injection to therapy in the control group for combined treatment. Clinical effects， sequential mechanical ventilation treatment time and hospital stay time were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher effective rate in treatment as 90.91% than 63.64% in the control group， and their difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. The observation group had all shorter sequential mechanical ventilation treatment time and hospital stay time than the control， and the difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of sequential mechanical ventilation and Shenmai injection provide excellent curative effect in combined treatment of COPD severe respiratory failure patients， and this method contains certain value for promotion
