C―反应蛋白在小儿细菌性肺炎和支原体肺炎中表达及临床意义 　　[摘要] 目的 探析C-反应蛋白（CRP）在小儿细菌性肺炎和支原体肺炎中的表达及临床意义。方法 方便选取该院2013年1月―2015年12月收治的小儿细菌性肺炎（细菌性肺炎组）、支原体肺炎（支原体肺炎组）各30例，均在清晨抽取静脉血测定血清C-反应蛋白水平，比较治疗前后CRP水平。结果 细菌性肺炎组CRP水平治疗前（44.02±14.35）mg/L，治疗3 d后（15.83±6.32）mg/L，与支原体肺炎组（13.25±4.22）、（5.22±2.15）mg/L比较差异有统计学意义，P0.05；细菌性肺炎组CRP治疗前阳性率100%，治疗3 d后阳性率53.33%与支原体肺炎组66.67%、20.00%比较差异有统计学意义，P0.05。结论 小儿细菌性肺炎患儿CRP阳性率最高，给予CRP水平测定能够更好的与支原体肺炎进行鉴别。 　　[关键词] C-反应蛋白；小儿细菌性肺炎；支原体肺炎；临床意义 　　[中图分类号] R51 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）11（a）-0032-03 　　[Abstract] Objective Analysis of C- reactive protein （CRP） expression and clinical significance in children with bacterial pneumonia and mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods Convenient selection our hospital in January 2013 to December 2015 children admitted with bacterial pneumonia（bacterial pneumonia group）， Mycoplasma pneumoniae（mycoplasma pneumonia group）， 30 patients were in the early morning venous blood serum C-reactive protein levels， comparison of CRP levels before and after treatment.Results Former bacterial pneumonia group CRP levels treatment （44.02±14.35）mg/L， after 3 d treatment （15.83±6.32） mg/L， and mycoplasma pneumonia group （13.25±4.22）mg/L，（5.22±2.15） mg/L significant difference， P 0.05 was statistically significant； the positive rate of bacterial pneumonia group CRP before treatment to 100%， after treatment 3 d 53.33% positive rate of mycoplasma pneumonia group and 66.67%， 20.00% significant difference， P 0.05 was statistically significance.Conclusion Highest in children with bacterial pneumonia CRP positive rate， given CRP levels were measured to better identify and mycoplasma pneumonia. 　　[Key words] C- reactive protein； Children with bacterial pneumonia； Mycoplasma pneumoniae； Clinical Significance 　　CRP?儆诩毙允毕喾从Φ鞍祝?由机体肝脏产生。在正常的生理状态下，机体内CRP的浓度非常低，当机体出现组织损伤或者出现炎症时，CRP水平便会明显升高，因此，CRP可用于区别病毒感染还是细菌感染[1]。为探析C-反应蛋白（CRP）在小儿细菌性肺炎和支原体肺炎中的表达及临床意义，该文将该院2013年1月―2015年12月收治的小儿细菌性肺炎（细菌性肺炎组）、支原体肺炎（支原体肺炎组）各30例，作为该次研究对象，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　方便选取该院收治的小儿细菌性肺炎（细菌性肺炎组
