CT在颅内感染性疾病中诊断价值研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探究CT在颅内感染性疾病中的诊断价值。方法 36例颅内感染性疾病患者， 分别采取CT平扫与CT增强扫描两种方案， 对诊断结果进行统计分析。结果 36例患者中18例为病毒性脑炎， 占50.00%；7例为化脓性脑膜炎， 占19.44%；8例为结核性脑膜炎， 占22.22%；1例为脑结核瘤， 占2.78%；2例为脑脓肿， 占5.56%；病毒性脑炎占比明显高于其他疾病类型。CT增强扫描的检出率为88.89%， 诊断准确率为80.56%；CT平扫的检出率为47.22%， 诊断准确率为38.89%， CT增强扫描的检出率及诊断准确率均高于CT平扫， 比较差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对颅内感染性疾病患者而言， 采取CT诊断方案的应用价值显著， 其中CT增强扫描具有较高的诊断检出率与诊断准确率， 利于疾病的诊断与治疗， 值得在今后的临床工作中推荐采纳。 　　【关键词】 颅内感染性疾病；CT平扫；CT增强扫描；诊断 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.28.003 　　【Abstract】 Objective To research diagnostic value by CT for intracranial infectious diseases. Methods A total of 36 patients with intracranial infectious diseases received respectively CT plain scan and CT enhancement scan. Their diagnosis outcomes were taken into statistical analysis. Results There were 18 viral encephalitis cases among 36 patients， accounting for 50.00%， 7 suppurative meningitis cases， accounting for 19.44%， 8 tubercular meningitis cases， accounting for 22.22%， 1 brain tuberculoma case， accounting for 2.78%， and 2 brain abscess cases， accounting for 5.56%. Viral encephalitis showed obviously higher proportion than other diseases. CT enhancement scan had detection rate as 88.89% and diagnosis accuracy rate as 80.56%， which were respectively 47.22% and 38.89% by CT plain scan. CT enhancement scan showed all higher detection rate and diagnosis accuracy rate than CT plain scan， and the differences all had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Implement of CT in diagnosis of intracranial infectious diseases shows remarkable application value. CT enhancement scan provides high detection rate and accuracy.
