cTnIhs―CRP和BNP在心力衰竭患者治疗前后变化及其对诊断和预后判断价值 　　【摘要】目的 探究在心力衰竭患者治疗前后，cTnI、hs-CRP和BNP的变化情况，同时总结其对于患者诊断和预后判断的价值。方法 选取我院2015年1月～12月收治心力衰竭患者40例治疗前后的cTnI、hs-CRP和BNP水平均进行观察，同时选取健康志愿者40例进行cTnI、hs-CRP和BNP水平的测量，探究其预后判断和诊断的价值。结果 针对心力衰竭患者治疗前后的cTnI、hs-CRP和BNP水平和志愿者水平进行比较，治疗前各项指标水平均明显较高，经过治疗均出现不同程度降低的情况，而健康的志愿者各项水平均明显较低，比较可见差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 cTnI、hs-CRP和BNP在心力衰竭患者治疗前后会出现明显的变化，因此在患者诊断时各项水平如果出现明显升高的现象，即可对患者进行诊断，而经过治疗如果患者的相关水平出现下降现象，则意味着患者情况好转，可积极对患者进行预后的判断。 　　【关键词】cTnI、hs-CRP和BNP；心力衰竭；诊断；预后判断；价值 　　【中图分类号】R541.6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】ISSN.2095-6681.2016.25.00.02 　　Changes of cTnI， hs-CRP and BNP in patients with heart failure before and after treatment and their value in diagnosis and prognosis 　　DING Jing 　　（Dantu District Peoples Hospital of Zhenjiang，Jiangsu Zhenjiang 212000，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore in heart failure patients before and after treatment， cTnI， hs CRP and the change of the BNP， and summarize the diagnostic and prognostic value for patients.Methods 40 cases of heart failure patients before and after treatment of cTnI， hs CRP and BNP levels were observed， at the same time we do cTnI on 40 cases of healthy volunteers， hs CRP and BNP level measurement， to explore the prognostic and diagnostic value； 80 cases of the researchers are from January 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed.Results In 40 patients before and after treatment of cTnI， hs CRP and BNP level and the level of 40 volunteers comparison， discovered the existence of significant differences，including patients with each index levels were significantly higher before treatment， after treatment in different degree lower，the condition of the patients and healthy volunteers with various levels were significantly lower， more visible differences statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion CTnI，hs CRP and BNP in patients with heart failure will appear obvious change before and after the treatment，so if a significant rise in all levels in the patients with diagnosis of phenomenon，can be carried out on the p
