CBT±药物优化治疗癫痫性精神障碍临床疗效评价 　　[摘要] 目的 探?认知行为疗法联合药物治疗对癫痫性精神障碍的临床效果。 方法 选取2013年1月～2015年12月与我院接受治疗的64例患有癫痫性精神障碍的患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法将所有患者平均分为两组，其中观察组和对照组各32例。对照组采用药物治疗，抗癫痫药物选择卡马西平每日2次，每次200 mg，抗精神障碍药物选择阿立哌唑每日2次，每次10 mg。观察组在对照组的基础上加以认知行为疗法治疗。结果 治疗8周后，观察组患者疗效总有效率为90.7%，对照组总有效率为84.4%；观察组PANSS阳性症状、阴性症状、一般病理症状、IPROS评分均低于对照组；观察组MMSE、HAMD、HAMA、生命质量评估量表与对照组相比均有统计学差异；观察组蒙特利尔认知评估量表（28.43±4.20）分、认知功能障碍5例（15.6%），对照组蒙特利尔认知评估量表（24.44±5.16）分、认知功能障碍8例（25.0%）。两组患者各项数据比较均具有统计学差异（P0.05）。 结论 认知行为疗法联合药物治疗对于治疗癫痫性精神障碍有着良好的临床效果，能够降低患者精神损伤，提高患者生命质量，临床可广泛推广使用。 　　[关键词] 认知行为疗法；卡马西平；阿立哌唑；癫痫性精神障碍 　　[中图分类号] R749.4 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0071-04 　　Clinical efficacy evaluation of CBT±Drug in the optimized treatment of epileptic mental disorders 　　SONG Xiujuan1 XU Huiqin2 MA Xiaoyun1 CHEN Xiaofan1 LI Xiuli1 LIN Zhiyuan1 　　1.Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation， Wenzhou City Seventh Peoples Hospital in Zhejiang Province， Wenzhou 325025， China； 2.Department of Neurology， Wenzhou Medical University First Affiliated Hospital，Wenzhou 325000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of cognitive behavior therapy combined with drug therapy on the treatment of epileptic mental disorders.
