Ki―67和p53在三阴乳腺癌中表达及意义 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌患者Ki-67和p53表达的临床病理特征。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色法检测111例三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）组织和111例非三阴性乳腺癌（NTNBC）组织中Ki-67和p53的表达情况，分析其与各临床病理特征的关系。结果：TNBC组Ki-67的阳性表达率高于NTNBC组，Ki-67强阳性表达患者明显多于NTNBC组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；不同年龄、肿瘤大小、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况的患者Ki-67、p53表达情况比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；不同病理组织类型患者的Ki-67表达情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；伴髓样特征的癌Ki-67强阳性表达率高于非特殊型浸润性癌及其他类型癌，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：Ki-67在TNBC中呈明显高表达，在TNBC中Ki-67表达与病理组织类型相关。 　　【关键词】 三阴性乳腺癌； Ki-67； p53 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinicopathologic feature of Ki-67 and p53 expressions in patients with triple negative breast cancer（TNBC）.Method：Ki-67 and p53 expressions of breast cancer samples collected from 111 cases of breast cancer and 111 cases of non-triple-negative breast cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining.Result：The positive expression rate of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was higher than that in the NTNBC group，the number of patients with strongly positive expression of Ki-67 in the TNBC group was more than that in the NTNBC group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The differences in the expression situation of Ki-67 and p53 in different ages，different tumor sizes，different TNM stages，different situation of lymphatic metastasis were not statistically significant（P0.05）.The expression situation of Ki-67 in different nosology types was statistically significant（P0.05）.The strongly positive expression rate of Ki-67 in medullary carcinoma was higher than non-special type invasive carcinoma and other types of cancer，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ki-67 is highly expressed in TNBC and its expression is closely related with histological types. 　　【Key words】 Triple negative breast cancer（TNBC）； Ki-67； p53 　　First-author’s address：The Cancer Hospital of Anyang City，Anyang 455000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.02.004 　　三阴乳腺癌（TNBC）是指经过免疫组化检测雌激素受体（estrogen receptor，ER）、孕激素受体（progesterone receptor，PR）、人表皮生长因子受体2（human epidermal growth factor
