PDCA质量管理在医务人员手卫生管理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 运用PDCA质量管理方法改善医务人员手卫生管理的现状。 方法 纳入在我院各病区工作的全院22个科室的医护技人员作为研究对象，用工号随机抽取其中的44位人员进行手卫生调查问卷，分析手卫生依从性不高的原因。应用PDCA质量管理前，用部门代号随机抽取其中的14个科室，每科室观察15例次，共观察手卫生依从性和合格率210次。针对现有原因，应用PDCA质量管理的方法进行改善。应用PDCA质量管理后对全院22个科室，进行手卫生依从性和合格率的观察，每科室观察15例次，共计 330次。对比应用PDCA质量管理前后全院医务人员手卫生依从性、合格率的改善状况，对比相同时间段上一年的院内感染发生率。 结果 在全院应用PDCA质量管理后的手卫生依从性、合格率均明显提高，与应用PDCA质量管理前比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.01），院内感染发生率也较上一年度有所降低。 结论 PDCA质量管理，在医务人员手卫生管理中有较好的应用前景，可改善医务人员手卫生现状，降低院内感染发生率。 　　[关键词] 手卫生；PDCA；依从性；医务人员；质量管理 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）33-0130-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To improve the current situation of hand hygiene management of medical personnel by using PDCA quality management method. Methods The medical staff of 22 departments in Our hospital were enrolled in the study. 44 staff members among them were randomly selected by work number to carry out hand hygiene questionnaires， and the reasons for the lack of hand hygiene compliance were analyzed. Before the application of PDCA quality management， 14 departments were randomly selected by the department code， and 15 cases were observed in each department. The hygienic compliance and the qualified rate were observed for 210 times. For the existing reasons， the PDCA quality management method was applied to improve. After the application of PDCA quality management， the 22 departments of the hospital were observed for hand hygiene compliance and compliance rate.15 cases in each department were observed， with a total of 330 times. The hand hygiene compliance and passing rate of medical staff before and after PDCA quality management were compared. And the incidence of nosocomial infections of the same time period in the last year was compared. Results The hand hygiene compliance and the pass rate in the hospital was significantly improved after the application of PDCA quality management. And the difference was statistically significant compared with that before the application of PDCA quality management（P0.01）.The
