CT与MRCP诊断胆石症患者临床价值探讨 　　摘要：目的 探讨CT和磁共振胰胆管水成像（MRCP）在胆石症临床诊断中的应用价值。方法 随机抽取74例于2012年1月～2014年12月入院治疗的胆石症病患者进行研究，并随机根据诊断方法分成对照组（CT扫描）和观察组（MRCP），各37例。观察两种诊断方法的结果。结果 对照组分别有13例（72.22%）和21例（75%）诊断出胆囊结石和胆管结石；观察组分别有18例（94.74%）和26例（96.3%）诊断出胆囊结石和胆管结石。两组的结石检出率比较，对照组较低，差异显著，均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在胆石症的临床诊断中，CT扫描诊断和MRCP诊断都具有很好的应用价值，但是CT扫描诊断的准确率低于MRCP。 　　关键词：CT；磁共振；胰胆管造影；胆石症；临床价值 　　Clinical Value of CT and MRCP in the Diagnosis of Patients with Gallstone Disease 　　WANG Sheng-zhong 　　（Xianning Central Hospital，Xianning Tongji Hospital，Xianning 437100，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance imaging of the bile duct in the diagnosis of gallstones..Methods randomly selected 74 cases to the study of the 2012 Jan uary in December hospitalized patients with cholelithiasis and random according to the diagnostic method into control group（CT scan）and observation group（magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography），37 cases in each.The results of two diagnostic methods were observed..Results In the control group there were 13 cases（72.22%）and 21 cases（75%）in the diagnosis of gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones；observation group were 18 cases（94.74%）and 26 cases（96.3%）diagnosed with gallbladder stones and common bile duct stones.The detection rate of stone in the two groups，the control group was lower，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of cholelithiasis，diagnosed by CT scan and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography diagnosis has good application value，but the accuracy of CT scanning in the diagnosis of lower than magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography（MRCP）. 　　Key words：CT； Magnetic resonance imaging； Pancreatic duct radiography； Gallstone； Clinical value 　　有研究结果显示，胆石症在我国的发病率约为10%，是一种比较常见的多发病[1]。而且随着人们生活水平的提高和生活方式、饮食结构的改变，胆石症的发病率不断增长，和年龄呈正比例关系。通常来说，女性胆石症患者的数量要远多于男性患者，尤其是超过50岁的女性，胆石症的发生率要比男性高出1倍多[2]。对该病的诊断有助于早期治疗，提高治疗效果，促进预后，所以我院随机抽取74例胆石症患者对CT和MRCP诊断的效果进行对比研究，现
