CRP在冠心病中检测价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨C反应蛋白（CRP）在冠心病中的检测价值。 方法 将160例冠心病患者分为稳定性心绞痛（SAP）组、不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）组、缺血性心肌病（ICM）组、急性心肌梗死（AMI）组，分别检测各组患者入院时的CRP含量，与健康对照组CRP的含量进行比较。 结果 SAP、UAP、ICM、AMI组的CRP含量与健康对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；SAP、UAP、ICM组的CRP含量与AMI组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 CRP的含量高低对判断冠心病病情严重程度及预后有重要的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 冠心病；C反应蛋白；动脉粥样硬化 　　[中图分类号] R541.4[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（c）-0090-03 　　 　　The detection value of CRP in coronary heart disease 　　LI Shu-jun 　　Department of Cardiology,the No.2 Hospital of Fushun City in Liaoning Province,Fushun 113001,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the detection value of C-reactiveprotein (CRP) in coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 160 patients with CHD were divided into the stable angina pectoris (SAP) group,the unstable angina pectoris (UAP)group,theischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM) group,the acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group,CRP content of each group were measured at admission,content of CRP was compared with that in the health control group. Results There was a statistical difference of CRP content between the SAP group,UAP group,ICM group,AMI group,and the healthy control group (P0.05);and there was a statistical difference of CRP content between the SAP group,UAP group,ICM group,and the AMI group (P0.05). Conclusion The content determination of CRP has important clinical value for judging the severity and prognosis of CHD. 　　[Key words] Coronary heart disease;C-reactive protein;Atherosclerosis 　　冠心病（coronary heart disease，CHD）的主要病理基础为冠状动脉粥样硬化。炎症反应是动脉粥样硬化发生、发展的主要机制[1]，动脉粥样硬化是CHD的发病基础，在CHD及其并发症中发挥关键性作用，是新的冠心病独立的危险因素。在感染、缺血等因素情况下，单核细胞、巨噬细胞释放细胞因子，刺激肝细胞产生C反应蛋白( C-reactive protein，CRP）。CRP 对机体炎症或组织损伤的严重程度及对疾病的诊断、治疗、预后有重要的参考价值。本研究通过检测160例冠心病患者及40例健康对照者血清的CRP含量变化，探讨其在冠心病中的检测价值。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　200例为抚顺医院2011年11月~2012年9月心内科住院的CHD患者，患者均为同一时期的住院患者，均符合 2007年美国心脏学会/美国心脏病学会（AHA/ACC）关于 CHD的诊断标准，将患者分为稳定性心绞痛（SAP）组、不稳定性心绞痛（UAP）组、缺血性心肌病（ICM）组、急性心肌梗死（AMI）组，每组各40例。SAP组：男性23例，女17例，平均年龄（51.63±3.42）岁；UAP组：男性22例，女性18例，平均年龄（53.21±2.96）岁；ICM组：男性2
