一对一孕前保健咨询在二胎高龄妇女妊娠中应用价值研究 　　[摘要]目的 探析“一对一”孕前保健咨询在二胎高龄妇女妊娠中的应用价值。方法 选择2016年2月～2017年2月于我院住院分娩的126例二胎高龄妊娠妇女为研究对象，采用随机数表将其分为对照组（63例）与观察组（63例）。对照组行常规孕前护理，观察组在此基础上增加“一对一”孕前保健咨询内容。比较两组产妇并发症发生情况及分娩结局。结果 观察组子痫前期及妊娠期糖尿病发生率、剖宫产率均低于对照组，产后出血量少于对照组，差异均有?y计学意义（P0.05）。结论 “一对一”孕前保健咨询在二胎高龄妇女妊娠的临床护理中具有极高的应用价值。 　　[关键词]一对一；孕前保健咨询；二胎；高龄妊娠 　　[中图分类号] R715.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）06（a）-0104-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of one-to-one pre-pregnancy health counseling in the second pregnancy of elderly women.Methods 126 cases of second pregnancy elderly women in our hospital for hospital delivery from February 2016 to February 2017 were seleted as the study objects，according to the random number table they were divided into control group （63 cases） and observation group （63 cases）.The control group was given routine preoperative care，and the observation group was given one-to-one pre-pregnancy health counseling content on the basis of the routine preoperative care.The outcomes of maternal deliveries and scores the two groups of were compared.Results The incidence of preeclampsia and gestational diabetes mellitus，and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group；the postpartum hemorrhage was less than the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion One-to-one pre-pregnancy health counseling has a high application value in the clinical nursing of the second pregnancy women. 　　[Key words]One-to-one；Pre-pregnancy health counseling；Second child；Old pregnancy 　　孕前保健作为婚前保健的一种延续工作，其能够有效避免出生缺陷的出现[1-2]。近些年来的一些临床研究表明，通过为妊娠女性提供孕前保健能够在很大程度上改善其不良结局，保证产妇得以正常分娩[3-4]。实际上，孕前保健能够为产妇的分娩提供健康且科学的临床指导，使孕妇的身体处于最佳状态，从而使其分娩风险有所降低，因而在临床上颇受孕妇的欢迎[5-6]。而随着“二孩政策”的出台，高龄妊娠女性的数量较以往有了明显增加。为了确保二胎高龄妇女妊娠的安全性，本次研究特选择我院近年所收治二胎高龄妊娠妇女为对象，通过实施“一对一”孕前保健咨询来了解其在高龄分娩中的临床应用价值。 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 　　选择2016年2月～2017年2月于我院住院分娩的126例二胎高龄妊娠妇女为研究对象，采用随机数表将其分为63例对照组与63例观察组。对照组年龄34～42岁，平均年龄（38.8±2.1）岁；体重45～65 kg，平均体重（55.5±5.5
