HPV感染与宫颈癌关系研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨HPV感染与宫颈癌的关系，为宫颈癌的筛查提供临床参考。 方法 收集2012年9月～2014年10月在我院就诊的宫颈癌患者200例，将其根据是否存在HPV感染分为HPV感染组和无HPV感染组，HPV感染组再分为单一感染组和多重感染组。 结果 单一感染率、多重感染率分别为60.0%、11.0%。单一感染率最高为HPV16，其次为HPV18、HPV58，其余亚型均0.05）。多重感染组≥55岁的比例明显高于单一感染组（P0.05）；两组淋巴结转移率差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 HPV感染与宫颈癌存在一定关系，这可能对宫颈癌的筛查、预后有指导作用。 　　[关键词] HPV多重感染；HPV单一感染；宫颈癌 　　[中图分类号] R711.74 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（c）-0132-03 　　[Abstract] Objective to study the relationship between HPV infection and cervical cancer to provide clinical reference for cervical cancer screening. Methods 200 patients with cervical cancer treated in our hospital from September 2012 and October 2014 were collected.According to whether there was HPV infection，they were divided into HPV infection group and non HPV infection group，HPV infection group was further divided into single infection group and multiple infection group. Results The single infection rate and multiple infection rate was 60.0%，11.0% respectively.The single highest infection rate was HPV16，followed by HPV18，HPV58 once again，the other subtypes were less than 2%.Multiple infections was mainly double infection，and the percentage of HPV16±58 was the highest.Among all HPV infection，the majority was the subtype of HPV16 infection.There was no statistical difference of age between multiple infection group and single infection group （P0.05）.The proportion of more than 55 years old in multiple infection group was obviously higher than that of single infection group （P0.05）；there was no statistical difference of lymph node metastasis rate between two groups （P0.05）.
