“一带一路”背景下中哈双边贸易发展问题探析 　　摘 要：哈萨克斯坦是中国在中亚地区非常重要的贸易合作伙伴，也是该地区发展最快的国家。哈萨克斯坦在2014年提出的“光明之路”新经济政策与中国的“一带一路”战略高度契合。本文从中哈双边货物贸易关系的发展现状出发，研究其存在的问题，并提出相应对策。 　　关键词：“一带一路”；双边货物贸易；贸易潜力 　　ABSTRACT：Kazakhstan is Chinas important trade partner in central Asia， is also the regions fastest growing countries. Kazakhstan in 2014 shining path put forward by the new economic policy with China the Belt and Road strategic fit.
