三种方法用于绝经后IUD取出的临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探寻绝经后IUD取出的安全、有效、简便、易行的方法。方法 将248名来门诊要求取环的绝经后带器妇女随机分为三组,术前均行妇科检查,B超确定IUD的位置及情况。A组85例:术前给予服用补佳乐5mg/d,共5d,第6天来我中心门诊取环,术前3h阴道放置米索前列醇400μg;B组83例,术前3h阴道放置米索前列醇400μg;C组80例:未用任何药物行常规取环术。结果 对三组方法进行效果分析,A组与B组、C组在宫颈软化、术中痛苦程度、取器结果等方面进行比较,差异有显著性(P0.05)。B组与C组在宫颈软化、术中痛苦程度、取器成功率等方面进行比较,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论 补佳乐联合米索前列醇用于绝经后IUD的取出,既方便又可以明显减少术中病人的痛苦程度,可以明显提高取器成功率,是一种较为理想的绝经后IUD的取出方法。 　　[关键词] 补佳乐; 米索前列醇; 绝经后; 宫内节育器 　　[中图分类号] R169.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)07-30-02 　　 　　Clinical Effect Analysis of Three Methods Used to Take out of IUD from the Postmenopausal Women 　　ZHANG Chunhua 　　Reproductive Health Center of Qianjiang District of Chongqing,Chongqing 409000,China 　　 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo explore the safe,effective,convenient and easy method used to take out of IUD from the postmenopausal women. Methods248 postmenopausal women with IUD were randomly divided into three groups,and preoperative gynecologic examination and ultrasonograph were done to determine the position and situation of IUD. A group of 85 patients with preoperative giving Progynova 5mg/day for 5 days,and IUD was taken out on the sixth day,400μg Misoprostol were layed aside the vagina on preoperative 3 hour. B group of 83 patients were layed aside 400μg Misoprostol by the vagina on preoperative 3 hour. C group of 80 patients were taken out of IUD by routine method without any medicine. ResultsThe effect analysis to three methods was carried on. A group compared to B group and C group,there were significant difference(P0.05) in the cervical softening,the degree of pain in the operation and the achievement ratio. And there were significant differences between B group and C group(P0.05). ConclusionProgynova combined with Misoprostol used to take out of IUD from the postmenopausal women,which both facilitates and may reduce obviously the degree of patients pain in the operation,and may enhance significantly the success ratio,so it is a kind of more ideal method used to take ou
