不同剂量右美托咪啶麻醉对食管癌患者术后认知功能的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨不同剂量右美托咪定麻醉对食管癌患者术后认知功能的影响。方法 方便选取2014年3月―2017年3月该院收治的40例食管癌手术患者为研究对象，随机将入选病例分为两组。实验组20例，麻醉诱导前 右美托咪定1.0 μg/kg给药10 min，然后0.5 μg/（kg?h）维持输注至术毕；对照组20例，麻醉诱导前右美托咪定0.5 μg/kg给药10 min，然后0.3 μg/（kg?h）速率维持输注至术毕。以MMSE量表对两组患者的认知功能进行测定。 结果 实验组术后第1、3、7天MMSE评分分别为（27.3±0.6）分、（28.0±0.7）分、（28.8±0.5）分，三项指标与对照组比较（P0.05）。结论 麻醉诱导前右美托咪定1.0 μg/kg给药10 min，术中0.5 μg/（kg?h）速率持续输注右美托咪定，对减少食管癌患者术后认知功能障碍具有积极作用，值得临床推广使用。 　　[关键词] 食管癌手术；右美托咪定；认知功能 　　[中图分类号] R969 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0131-03 　　Effect of Different Doses of Dexmedetomidine Anesthesia on the Postoperative Cognitive Function of Esophageal Cancer Patients 　　QIN Yong， PENG Wei-wei， ZHANG Jin-rui 　　Department of Anesthesia， Xuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Xuyi， Jiangsu Province， 211700 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of different doses of dexmedetomidine anesthesia on the postoperative cognitive function of esophageal cancer patients. Methods 40 cases of operative patients with esophageal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were convenient selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 20 cases in each， the experimental group administered dexmedetomidine of 1.0 μg/kg for 10min before anesthesia induction and maintained infusion at 0.5 μg/（kg?h） to the end of operation， while the control group administered Dexmedetomidine of 1.0 μg/kg for 10min before anesthesia induction and maintained？infusion at 0.3 μg/（kg?h）， and the cognitive function of the two groups was measured by the MMSE scale. Results The MMSE scores in the experimental group at 1 d， 3 d and 7 d were respectively （27.3±0.6）points， （28.0±0.7）points， （28.8±0.5）points， and the differences in the three indexes between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The administration of dexmedetomidine of 1.0 μg/kg for 10min before anesthesia induction and maintained infusion at 0.5 μg/（kg?h） to the end of o
