丁苯酞注射液对脑梗死患者血小板聚集性的影响及临床疗效观察 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨丁苯酞注射液对脑梗死患者血小板聚集性的影响及临床疗效观察。方法:选择2008年12月～2009年12月我院收治的脑梗死患者94例,随机将患者分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用香丹注射液和阿司匹林,实验组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞注射液,对两组患者治疗后血小板聚集率及临床疗效进行比较分析。结果:两组患者治疗后血小板聚集率均有所下降,但与治疗后对照组相比,实验组血小板下降率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组基本痊愈的比率和总有效率均明显提高,无变化的比率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:丁苯酞注射液为治疗脑梗死的有效药物,值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 丁苯酞注射液;脑梗死;血小板聚集性;临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R743.33[文献标识码]B [文章编号]1673-7210(2010)06(b)-060-02 　　 　　Clinical efficacy observation and effects of Butylphthalide Injection on platelet aggregation in patients with cerebral infarction 　　SHI Hongmei 　　(Department of Neurology, Jilin Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Siping 136000, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and influence of Butylphthalide Injection on platelet aggregation in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: From December 2008 to December 2009 in our hospital, 94 patients of cerebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group was given Xiangdan Injection and Aspirin, the experimental group was given Butylphthalide Injection on the basis of the control group, the clinical effect and platelet aggregation in patients after treatment in both groups were compared. Results: After treatment, platelet aggregation rate was reduced, compared with the control group after treatment, the platelet of experimental group decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Compared with the control group, the basic recovery rate and the total effective rate of experimental group were increased, the no change rate decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).
