液化天然气发电厂二期工程可行性研究.pdf

摘 要 H 液化天然气发电厂一期 3×350MW 燃气蒸汽联合循环机组工程已于 2007 年竣工 投产，近来来取得了良好的效益。为进一步缓解广东电力供需矛盾，优化电源结构和取 得更好的企业效益，电厂对建设二期工程的可能性提出了探讨。 电厂项目的建设中，可行性研究是一项重要的基础性工作，可行性研究结论是投资 决策的重要依据。为了满足可行性研究报告的编制深度，本可行性研究报告分六个章节 详细、科学的论证 H 液化天然气发电厂的实施可行性。 论文的第一章是绪论；第二章项目概述,主要分析项目背景，编制依据、研究范围； 第三章技术可行性，主要通过分析广东及惠州电力系统的现况、电力平衡和发展规划， 进行市场预测和建设电厂必要性分析；并对燃料供应的来源、输送、品质及机组运行情 况分析燃料的可靠性及选址、工程规划建设可行性进行了分析；提出了机组选型，电气、 自动化控制等重要系统的技术方案；第四章环境保护；主要介绍厂址环境现况，并分析 建设电厂周边环境的影响，并分析环境保护措施，确保环境安全；第五章投资估算及财 务评价，主要进行项目投入总资金、费用组成、工程投资进行分析，并进行财务评价和 敏感性分析；文末为结论。 关键词：液化天然气；建设；评价；可行性 Abstract Phase I project 3 × 390MW gas-steam combined cycle generator set in H Power Plant was completed and operated in 2007. It brings favorable benefits recently. To further ease the imbalance between power supply and demand in Guangdong, optimize the power structure and achieve better enterprise benefits, the power plant discussed the possibility to construct Phase II project.
