临床护理路径应用于子宫肌瘤妇女的满意度分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析并评价临床护理路径应用于子宫肌瘤妇女的满意度情况。 方法 将我院自2011年10月～2012年10月期间收治的子宫肌瘤的患者104例随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各52例，均开展手术治疗，对照组实施常规护理措施，观察组实施临床护理路径，对比分析两组患者的临床护理效果。 结果 观察组的住院天数以及住院总花销均少于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）；观察组的健康教育知识达标率高于对照组，其并发症发生率低于对照组，两组比较差异均显著（P均＜0.05）；但两组治愈率相比无明显差异（P＞0.05）；观察组在心理支持、技术水平、健康教育、关心患者及服务态度等方面的护理满意度均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。 结论 开展临床护理路径有利于增强子宫肌瘤患者对疾病的认知，减少住院时间，降低住院花费，提高患者对护理服务的满意度，增强护理服务质量。 　　[关键词] 子宫肌瘤；临床护理路径；健康教育；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.4#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）08-119-04 　　 　　Satisfaction analysis of clinical nursing pathway applied in women with uterine fibroids 　　JIANG#8195;Guiling 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Jimo Aoshanwei Central Health Center,Jimo 266237,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the satisfaction situation of the clinical nursing pathway applied in women with uterine fibroids. Methods 104 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 52 patients in each group.Both groups received surgical treatment.The control group implemented conventional nursing measures and the observation group implemented clinical nursing pathway.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed comparatively.
