临床护理路径应用于甲状腺手术的效果探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究在甲状腺手术过程中采取临床护理路径的临床疗效。方法 采取随机数字表法将便利选取该院自2015年12月―2016年12月期间收治的82例甲状腺手术患者随机均分为参照组（n=41）与实验组（n=41），将采取该院常规护理干预患者作为参照组，将采取临床护理路径干预的患者作为实验组，分析经不同护理干预后两组患者组间数据对比情况。 结果 经对症护理后实验组患者住院时间（6.89±0.56）d、KAP（23.65±0.34）分、住院费用（7 785.23±200.21）分、临床护理满意度100.00%等指标均显著优于参照组住院时间（8.69±0.25）d、KAP（18.54±0.22）分、住院费用（8 965.32±119.25）元、临床护理满意度82.92%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 将临床护理路径模式实施在甲状腺手术中疗效比较显著，可以显著改善护理依从性，改善生存质量，值得广泛应用。 　　[关键词] 临床护理路径；甲状腺手术；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0160-03 　　Study on Application Effect of Clinical Nursing in the Thyroid Gland Surgery 　　ZHANG Yu 　　First Department of General Surgery， First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College，Baotou， Inner Mongolia， 014010 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the clinical curative effect of clinical nursing path in the thyroid gland surgery. Methods 82 cases of patients with thyroid gland surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention， while the experimental group adopted the clinical nursing path intervention， and the data were compared after nursing between the two groups. Results After the systematic nursing， the length of stay， KAP， hospitalization cost and clinical nursing satisfactory degree in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group， [（6.89±0.56）， （23.65±0.34）points， （7 785.23±200.21）yuan， 100.00% vs （8.69±0.25）， （18.54±0.22）points， （8965.32±119.25）yuan， 82.92%]， and the differences between groups were statistically significant （P0.05）.
