临床护理路径应用于躁狂抑郁症患者的价值评估 　　摘 要 目的：探讨临床护理路径应用于躁狂抑郁症患者的价值。方法：选择2016年1月-2017年7月收治的40例躁狂抑郁症患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用临床护理路径。观察比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分及护理满意度。结果：护理前，两组SDS评分和SAS评分差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。与干预前比，观察组干预后的SDS和SAS评分降低显著，分别为（27.56±5.31）分和（23.14±6.12）分，对照组分别为（47.58±7.02）分和（45.93±7.58）分，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理满意度为95.0%（19/20），高于对照组的80.0%（16/20，P0.05）。结论：对躁狂抑郁症患者应用临床护理路径效果显著，能显著改善患者抑郁和焦虑状态，同时还能提高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。 　　关键词 躁狂抑郁症；临床护理路径；价值 　　中图分类号：R749.4+1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2018）06-0024-03 　　Value evaluation of clinical nursing pathway applied to manic depressive patients 　　DENG Yuanhua 　　（Second Ward of Psychiatry Department of Corelle Hospital， Kangning 331211， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the value of clinical nursing pathway in manic depressive patients. Methods： Forty cases of manic depressive patients admitted from January 2016 to July 2017 and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group of 20 cases in each group. The control group was used with routine nursing， and the observation group was applied with the clinical nursing path.
