临床护理管理中护士分层管理的应用与价值研究 　　摘 要 目的：研究临床护理管理实践中应用护士分层管理方案的效果。方法：随机抽取我院住院部2016年1―3月的100名患者和2016年4―6月的100名患者，作为对照组和研究组。对照组应用常规管理，研究组实施分层管理。比较两组患者的护理质量检查结果和满意度。结果：研究组基础护理评分（98.6±0.5）分，护理安全评分（97.1±1.2）分，病房管理评分（96.3±0.8）分，健康教育评分（97.6±1.1）分，护理文书评分（95.5±0.9）分，均显著高于对照组评分（P0.05），差异有统计学意义。患者对护理工作的满意度比较，研究组总满意度为97.00%（97/100，P0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：临床护理管理实践中，应用护士分层管理方案可提高护理人员基础护理、护理安全、病房管理、健康教育、护理文书等护理质量的水平，提升患者对护理工作的满意度，有临床应用价值。 　　关键词 护理管理； 护士分层管理； 护理质量； 护理满意度 　　中图分类号：R47 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-1533（2016）24-0012-03 　　Application of nursing hierarchical management in the clinical nursing management and its value research 　　WANG Qinfeng 　　（People’s Hospital of Dongxiang County， Dongxiang 331800， Jiangxi Province， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To study the effect of the application of the nursing hierarchical management scheme in the clinical nursing management practice. Methods： One hundred patients from January to March and 100 patients from April to June， 2016 were selected in the in-patient department of our hospital randomly as the control and study groups. The conventional management was applied for the control group and the hierarchical management for the study group. The result of nursing quality inspection and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results： The basic nursing score was（98.6±0.5） point， nursing safety score（97.1±1.2）point， ward management score（96.3±0.8）point， health education score（97.6±1.1） point， and nursing documents score（95.5±0.9）point of the study group which were significantly higher than those of the control group（P0.05）， and the difference was statistically significant. In comparison of the satisfaction for the nursing work in the patients， the overall satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.00%（97/100， P0.05） and the difference was statistically significant.
