中药跌打膏在骨折愈合中对TGF―β1表达影响的应用基础研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察和评价分析中药跌打膏在骨折愈合中对转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）表达影响的应用，为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 选择2015年3月―2015年12月该院动物中心饲养的Wistar大鼠，单侧桡骨中段36只骨折模型进行促进骨折愈合研究，随机分为模型空白组，中药（中药跌打膏）组，以免疫组化技术显示TGF-β1进行图像定量分析。 结果 给药第21天，中药组评分（3.01±0.68）高于模型组（3.01±0.68），差异有统计学意义（P0.05），灰度测定结果显示在第 2周、3周TGF-β1的阳性表达强度中药组（169.23±5.76）和（122.68±4.67）与模型空白组[（169.23±5.76）和152.54±7.82）有高度显着性差异（P0.05），BMP2mRNA中，中药组（2.289±0.537）显著高于模型组（0.895±0.159）（P0.05），VEGFmRNA中，中药组（4.925±1.269）同样显著高于模型组（1.492±0.537）（P0.05）。结论 中药跌打膏具有促进TGF-β1的表达，促进骨折愈合作用。 　　[关键词] 中药跌打膏；骨折愈合；TGF-β1；表达 　　[中图分类号] R459 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（c）-0158-03 　　[Abstract] Objective observe and evaluate the effect of Chinese medicine dieda ointment on transforming growth factor β1 （TGF-β1） expression in fracture healing and provide experimental basis for clinical application. Methods Wistar rats fed in the animal center of our hospital from March 2015 to December 2015 were selected， 36 fracture models of unilateral and radial intermediate piece were researched for promoting fracture healing and randomly divided into the model blank group and Chines medicine （Chinese medicine dieda ointment） group， and the TGF-β1 was displayed by immunohistochemical technique for quantitative image analysis. Results At the 21st day of administration， the score in the Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the model group，[（3.01±0.68） vs （3.01±0.68）]， and the difference had statistical significance， P0.05， grayscale measurement results showed that there was an obvious difference in the positive expression intensity of TGF-β1 between the Chinese medicine group and the model blank group at the 2-week and 3-week， [（169.23±5.76 and 122.68±4.67） vs [（169.23±5.76） and （152.54±7.82）]， P0.05， the BMP2mRNA in the Chinese medicine group was obviously higher than that in the model group， [（2.289±0.537） vs （0.895±0.159）]， （P0.05），and the VEGFmRNA in the Chines medicine group was obviously higher than that in the model group，[（4.925±1.269） vs （1.492
