论第三方支付平台的发展和对我国金融体系的影响的研究 摘要 第三方支付平台作为安全、快捷、方便的网上支付，打开了制约中国电子商务发展的瓶颈。作为电子商务的重要关联产业，其重要性日益凸现。目前，支付宝是中国最大的第三方支付平台，该模式一直致力于为中国电子商务提供简单、安全、快速的在线支付方式。支付宝为解决制约我国电子商务发展的支付问题和网上交易的诚信问题提供了新思路和解决方案，带动了整个中国电子商务的高速前进，推动了互联网诚信体系的建立，为电子商务各个领域的用户创造了丰富的价值。本文介绍了支付宝的产生背景和发展现状，在分析支付宝的运营模式基础上，分析了支付宝的优势、劣势、面临的挑战以及对金融市场的影响，在此基础上针对第三方支付企业就盈利、合作、信用与创新方面提出了建议，同时也在市场、业务、机构及政策等方面提出了监管建议。 关键词：第三方支付；金融市场,影响 Abstract Third-party payment platform as a safe, fast and convenient online payment, opened the bottleneck restricting the development of Chinese e-commerce.
