中西药联合在脾胃病幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中的价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探究中西药联合在脾胃病幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中的应用价值。方法 择取该院2012年1月―2015年1月收治的功能性消化不良患者106例作为该研究对象，按照入院顺序进行分组，分为常规组与研究组，每组患者均有53例。对常规组与研究组患者分别采取单纯西药治疗与中西药联合治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 研究组与常规组患者的根除率分别为79.25%与11.32%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在脾胃病幽门螺杆菌根除治疗中给予中西药联合治疗方案可明显改善患者临床症状，提高疾病根除率，值得推荐采纳。 　　[关键词] 幽门螺杆菌；中西药联合；脾胃病 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0170-02 　　Value of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in the Eradication Treatment of Spleen and Stomach Disease of Helicobacter Pylori 　　ZHU Dao-bin 　　Department of Gastroenterology， Taining Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Taining， Fujian Province， 354400 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the application value of combined Chinese and western medicine in the eradication treatment of spleen and stomach disease of helicobacter pylori.
