中药经验熏蒸方治疗血虚型湿疮的相关疗效 　　[摘要] 目的 观察自拟中药熏蒸方在治疗血虚风燥型湿疮临床疗效及对T细胞亚群的影响。 方法 方便选取2014年8月―2015年7月上海市同仁医院及奉贤区中医医院共70例患者，随机分为中药熏蒸组、联合西药组（咪唑斯汀片+糠酸莫米松组）各35例，分别观察两组患者在瘙痒程度、苔藓化等相关症状积分的变化。此外对中药组患者检测T细胞亚群的先后变化，并与35名健康成年人作对照。结果 两组在瘙痒程度及症状积分方面中药熏蒸组均优于西药组（P0.05）；此外中药熏蒸组痊愈率94.29%，总有效率100.00%，与联合西药组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。T细胞实验显示，中药熏蒸治疗能够上调CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+的相关表达，具有调整免疫的作用。 结论 中药熏蒸治疗血虚风燥型湿疮疗效确切，复发率低。 　　[关键词] 中药；熏蒸；湿疮；T细胞亚群 　　[中图分类号] R758.23 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（c）-0180-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made herbal fumigation in treatment of xuexu wind-dryness type eczema and effect on T cell subgroups. Methods Convenient selection 70 cases of patients treated in our hospital from August 2014 to July 215 were selected and randomly divided into the herbal fumigation group and combined western medicine group （mizolastine tablet and mometasone furoate group） with 35 cases in each， the changes of related symptoms integral of itch degree and lichenification of the two groups were respectively observed， and the changes of T cell subgroups of the herbal fumigation group was tested and the compared with the 35 cases of healthy adults. Results The itch degree and symptoms integral in the herbal fumigation group were better than those in the western medicine group（P0.05）， besides， the differences in the cure rate and total effective rate in the herbal fumigation and the combined western medicine group between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）， which were respectively 94.29% and 100.00%， and the T cell experiment showed that the herbal fumigation can increase the related expressions of CD3+， CD4+， CD4+/CD8+， which can adjust the immune.
