中药综合治疗对 CKD3―4 期患者临床疗效的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中药综合治疗对慢性肾脏疾病（CKD）3-4期患者的临床疗效及血生化指标的影响。方法 整群选取该院肾内科2012年12月―2015年2月间收治的46 例 CKD3-4期患者，随机分为中药组与对照组，每组 23 例； 对照组给予西医常规治疗，中药组在西医常规治疗基础上给予中药口服及灌肠治疗，疗程8 周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后患者血清肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、血尿酸（UA）、肾小球滤过率（GFR） 的变化情况。结果 对照组总有效率为78.26% ，中药组为 91.3%； 两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；中药组 Scr、BUN、UA、GFR水平均较治疗前明显降低（P0.05）。结论 中药综合治疗可提高 CKD3-4 期患者临床疗效。 　　[关键词] 慢性肾脏疾病；中药治疗；口服结合保留灌肠 　　[中图分类号] R711.31 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0168-03 　　Clinical Curative Effect Observation on Comprehensive Treatment of Chinese Medicine for Patients in CKD3-4 Phase 　　YANG Jing-wei 　　Nephrology Department， Huaian tumor hospital， Huaian， Jiangsu Province，223200 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine for patients in CKD3-4 phase and the effects on blood biochemical index. Methods 46 cases of patients in CKD3-4 phase treated in the nephrology department of our hospital from December 2012 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group with 23 cases in each， the control group were given routine treatment of western medicine， the Chinese medicine group were given Chinese medicine oral and enema treatment on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine， the course of treatment was 8 weeks. The clinical curative effect and the change situation of serum creatinine （Scr）， urea nitrogen（BUN）， serum uric acid （UA）， glomerular filtration rate（GFR） of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 78.26% and 91.3% of the Chinese medicine group； the difference in the clinical curative effect between the two groups was obviously significant（P 0.05）； Compared with those before the treatment， the Scr、BUN、UA、GFR levels after the treatment were obviously decreased in the Chinese medicine group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment of Chinese medicine can improve the clinical curative effect
