中西医结合治疗对急诊阑尾切除术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗对急诊阑尾切除术后胃肠道功能恢复的影响。 方法 选取2010年9月～2013年9月本院80例行急诊阑尾切除术患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组40例给予常规西医治疗，治疗组40例给予中西医结合治疗，在常规西医治疗的基础上给予穴位按压加生姜热敷及中药治疗，对比两组患者术后胃肠道功能的恢复情况。 结果 治疗组患者术后第一次排气、排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间分别为（24.07±2.76）、（22.64±3.06）、（15.47±2.88） h、均短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 采用中西医结合的方法可促进患者急诊阑尾切除术后胃肠道功能早日恢复，意义重大，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 急诊阑尾切除术；胃肠道功能恢复；中西医结合 　　[中图分类号] R656.8[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（c）-0097-02 　　 　　Influence of gastroenteric function recovery by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine after emergent appendectomy 　　HU Zi-sheng LI Ji-an DUAN Hai-hua 　　Department of Surgery,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Xiangdong District of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province,Pingxiang 337000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of gastroenteric function recovery by combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine after emergent appendectomy. Methods Eighty patients undergone emergent appendectomy in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2013 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.In the control group,regular western therapy was provided,while in the treatment group,treatment with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted.On the basis of regular western therapy,acupressure,hot compress with ginger,and Chinese herbs therapy were added.The postoperative gastroenteric function recovery in both groups was compared. Results In the treatment group,the first gas exhaustion and defecation time,and recovery time of bowel sound after surgery were (24.07±2.76) h,(22.64±3.06) h,and (15.47±2.88) h respectively.In comparison with those in the control group,they were relatively shorter with statistical differences (P0.05).
