中西医结合治疗糖尿病并发眼肌麻痹的效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病并发眼肌麻痹的效果。 方法 将60例糖尿病并发眼肌麻痹患者根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组给予基础治疗、维生素B1和注射用腺苷钴胺治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗，治疗周期为30 d。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后的症状积分。 结果 治疗后治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为96.7%和80.0%，治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组（P0.05）。治疗后两组的症状积分呈明显下降的趋势，积分均明显低于治疗前（P0.05），且治疗组的积分明显低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 糖尿病并发眼肌麻痹是一种多因素致病的眼病，中西医结合治疗能有效改善临床症状，从而改善预后。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病；眼肌麻痹；针灸；临床症状 　　[中图分类号] R777.4+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（b）-0129-03 　　Effect analysis of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus with ophthalmoplegia 　　XU Hui-bin ZHANG Gai-ge ZHANG Xiao-qi 　　The Second Ward of Department of Neurology，People′s Hospital of Xiangcheng County in Henan Province，Xiangcheng 452670，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating diabetes mellitus with ophthalmoplegia. Methods Sixty patients with diabetes mellitus and ophthalmoplegia were evenly divided into treatment group and control group by drawing lots.The basic treatment，Vitamin B1，and cobamamide for injection were given to the control group，while acupuncture and moxibustion therapy was added to the treatment group on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment lasted 30 days.The clinical efficacy and symptoms score before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment，the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 96.7% and 80.0% respectively，and the effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P0.05）.The symptoms score in the two groups after treatment indicated remarkable descending tendencies，and were both lower in comparison with pretreatment （P0.05），and the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P0.05）.
