PAGE PAGE 20 摘 要 改革开放以来，中国家族企业得到了迅猛的发展和不断壮大。在稳定经济增长、促进国际贸易、带动技术进步、减少失业等方面起着不可替代的积极作用，成为我国经济发展的增长点。但是，与国外家族企业发展百年仍生机勃勃相比，中国家族企业平均寿命不到5年，所以解决我国家族企业可持续发展的问题、突破自身发展的局限，打造百年企业，成为亟待解决的迫切问题。 本文通过参阅国内外关于家族企业管理的理论研究文献，以产权理论、委托代理理论为指导，分别探讨了家族企业在初创期，成长期，成熟期三个时期存在的主要问题，从中分析出影响其可持续发展的主要原因。在吸收已有研究成果，得出影响家族企业可持续发展因素的基础之上，进一步对构建中国家族企业可持续发展之路提出了对策建议。 关键词：家族企业；可持续发展；产权 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinese family business has also been rapid development and growing in a stable economic growth, promote international trade, promote technological progress, to reduce unemployment, the positive plays an irreplaceable role as Chinas economic development growth. However, the development of enterprises with foreign family are still alive a hundred years, the Chinese average life expectancy of family firms less than 5 years, so our family business to solve the problem of sustainable development breakthroughs in the development of the limitations of their own century to build business and become an urgent problem solved . In this paper, refer to the theory of international research on family management, according to property rights theory, the guiding principal-agent theory, discusses the family business in the start-up, growth, maturity periods of three main problems, to analyze the impact of the available the main reason for sustainable development, the research results in the absorption, based on the factors affecting sustainable development in the draw based on further construction of Chinese family business on the road to sustainable development, some suggestions.
