临床护理路径干预对在胃癌手术患者的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨临床护理路径干预对在胃癌手术患者的影响。方法 方便选取60例胃癌手术患者作为研究对象，收取时间2015年12月―2017年6月，分为观察组（临床护理路径干预）30例、对照组（常规围手术期护理措施）30例，并对60例患者的术后康复指标、生活质量及护理满意度进行观察且评价。结果 两组患者对比术后康复指标差异有统计学意义（P0.05），即观察组肠鸣音出现时间（23.61±5.62）h、肛门排气时间（34.25±6.52）h、下床活动时间（7.05±3.56）d，对照组―肠鸣音出现时间（35.62±7.25）h、肛门排气时间（56.21±9.25）h、下床活动时间（9.25±4.62）d。两组患者生活质量对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05），即观察组食欲（3.92±1.25）分、精神（4.25±0.56）分、睡眠（3.86±1.42）分、认知（4.56±0.52）分、日常生活能力（4.45±0.54）分，对照组食欲（2.52±1.01）分、精神（3.14±0.21）分、睡眠（2.56±1.05）分、认知（3.25±0.41）分、日常生活能力（3.25±0.30）分。观察组患者护理满意度96.67%高于对照组患者的护理满意度66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 临床护理路径干预应用于胃癌手术患者具有显著的临床效果。 　　[关键词] 临床护理路径；胃癌；手术 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）01（c）-0153-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway intervention on patients with gastric cancer surgery. Methods 60 cases of gastric cancer patients as the research objects from December 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the observation group （clinical nursing path） with 30 patients and the control group（routine nursing measures） with 30 cases， and 60 cases of rehabilitation of patients with postoperative index， quality of life and nursing and satisfaction were observed and evaluated.
