临床护理干预在胃癌根治术后患者中的应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨临床护理干预在胃癌根治术后患者中的应用效果。方法：将2012-2013年笔者所在医院行胃癌根治术的79例患者按不同护理方法分为对照组（38例，给予胃癌患者常规护理）和试验组（41例，在常规护理基础上再给予针对性临床护理干预），对两组患者胃肠功能及并发症情况进行综合比较。结果：试验组患者术后首次肛门排气时间和术后首次排便时间均明显优于对照组（P0.01）；试验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：在胃癌根治术后患者中施行针对性临床护理干预有利于患者术后胃肠功能恢复，同时减少术后并发症，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 护理； 胃癌； 手术 　　中图分类号 R473.73 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）12-0088-02 　　The Application and Effect Observation of Clinical Nursing Intervention in Patients with Gastric Cancer Radical Surgery/JIANG Hong-zhu，JIANG Bi-zhu.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2014，12（12）：88-89 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in patients with gastric cancer radical surgery.Method：79 cases with gastric cancer in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 according to different nursing were divided into control group（38 cases were gived the stomach regular care services） and experimental group（41 cases were gived specific clinical nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care），the two groups of gastrointestinal function and complication rates were compared synthetically.Result：The postoperative anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the experimental group were significantly better than that of control group（P0.01）.The patients postoperative complication rates was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The specific clinical nursing intervention for the patients with gastric cancer radical surgery is beneficial for the recovery of gastrointestinal function and can reduce the postoperative complications，it is worthy of clinical popularization and application. 　　【Key words】 Care； Gastric cancer； Surgery 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Shantou University Medical College，Shantou 515041，China 　　本研究回顾性分析笔者所在医院对41例胃癌根治术后患者施行临床护理干预的护理资料，与仅实施常规护理的38例患者进行对照研究，观察比较两组患者胃肠功能恢复及术后并发症发生情况，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2012-2013年笔者所在医院实施胃癌根治术后患者79例作为研究对象，男52例，女2
