人绒毛膜促性腺激素复查表在肿瘤门诊葡萄胎随访中的应用 　　[摘要]目的 探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）复查表在肿瘤门诊葡萄胎随访中的应用。方法 选取2014年12月～2017年5月我院的98例住院葡萄胎清除后在肿瘤门诊接受随访的患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=49）和试验组（n=49）。对照组患者接受健康宣教，并指导其在肿瘤门诊随访；试验组患者选择HCG复查表随访，比较两组的随访情况和患者满意度。结果 试验组患者的HCG复查结果准确完整、复诊、完成随访计划者所占比例均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组的总满意度为95.92%，显著高于对照组的77.55%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 肿瘤门诊葡萄胎随访中应用HCG复查表对提高复诊质量和复诊率、改善患者满意度具有重要作用，值得临床借鉴和全面推广使用。 　　[关键词]葡萄胎；肿瘤门诊；HCG复查表 　　[中图分类号] R737.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（a）-0159-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the application of human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG） review table in the follow-up of hydatidiform mole in cancer clinic.Methods From December 2014 to May 2017，98 patients who were followed up at the cancer clinic after the removal of the hydatidiform mole in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group （n=49） and the experimental group （n=49） according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given health education，and instructed them to follow up in the outpatient department.The patients in the experimental group were followed up for HCG review.The follow-up and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of accurate，complete the results of HCG reexamination，follow-up visits，complete follow-up planner in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 95.92%，which was significantly higher than 77.55% of the control group，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The application of HCG in the follow-up of tumor patients is of great significance to improve the quality of referral and the rate of referral and improve patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical reference and comprehensive use. 　　[Key words]Hydatidiform mole；Cancer clinic；HCG review table 　　人?q毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）主要是指胎盘滋养层细胞分泌的一种糖蛋白，葡萄胎属于胎盘绒毛的良性病变之一，其作为异常妊娠，在临床妇科十分常见。目前，测定HCG是临床诊断葡萄胎的主要方法和指标，也是住院接受葡萄胎清
