The earliest of this transition can be seen in many building projects.;The earliest walls and platforms in China were of rammed （夯平的）earth construction, and over time, brick and stone became more frequently used. This can be seen in the Great Wall of China, and this is a wonder of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644).;The Differences in History and Culture between Chinese and Western Architecture ;Chinese and the west with different history and culture also have different architectural concept(建筑理念). Meanwhile, the Chinese people and westerners also have many differences on aesthetic standards, character and temperament.
