动静脉内瘘术前彩超检查的应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨尿毒症患者动静脉内瘘术前彩超检查的应用效果。方法：分析本院2013年1月-2014年11月收治的45例尿毒症患者的临床资料，依据是否进行术前彩超检查进行分组，对照组15例和观察组30例。对照组：动静脉内瘘手术前不进行彩超检查；观察组：动静脉内瘘手术前进行彩超检查。观察两组尿毒症患者的平均切口、平均时间、一次性成功率、内瘘成熟率、内瘘通道不成熟率（血栓、功能性血流量不足、闭塞）以及血流量等情况。结果：观察组动静脉内瘘手术后的平均切口明显小于对照组，平均时间明显短于对照组，血流量明显少于对照组，一次性成功率、内瘘成熟率均明显高于对照组，内瘘通道不成熟率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：高频彩超检查无创伤和不良反应，具有操作简单、诊断结果准确，可重复性好等优点，可以对动静脉内瘘术术前的目标血管进行确认，并在内瘘术后4～6周内，测量内瘘血流量，从而为早期判定手术效果以及判定患者是否具备血液透析条件提供了可靠的理论依据，显著提高临床治疗效果，值得临床借鉴应用。 　　【关键词】 动静脉内瘘手术； 尿毒症； 术前； 彩超检查； 应用分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of preoperative color Doppler ultrasound detection for uremia patients by arteriovenous fistula operation.Method：The clinical data of 45 uremic patients in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014 were analyzed，according to whether underwent preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination，they were divided into the control group for 15 cases and the observation group for 30 cases.The control group was not given color Doppler ultrasound examination before arteriovenous fistula operation，the observation group was given color Doppler ultrasound examination before arteriovenous fistula operation.The average cut，the average time，one-time success rate，fistula maturation rate and non fistula maturation rate（thrombosis，inadequate functional blood flow，occlusion） and blood flow between the two groups were observed.Result：After arteriovenous fistula operation，the average cut of the observation group was significantly less than the control group，the average time was significantly shorter than the control group，the blood flow was significantly less than the control group，the one-time success rate and fistula maturation rate were significantly higher than the control group，the non fistula maturation rate was significantly lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P 　　【Key words】 Arteriovenous fistula operation； Uremia； Preoperative； Color Doppler ultrasound detection；Appli
