关于对“爱心水窖”建设的几点建议 　　摘要：2012年10月11日，中共云南省委、省人民政府出台了关于建设“爱心水窖”解决饮水困难的意见并召开全省视屏大会，对加快山区“爱心水窖”建设工作做出全面安排部署，这充分体现了省委、省政府对全省山区人民群众的深切关怀，体现了全力解决山区人民群众饮水困难的决心和气魄，本人结合在功果桥镇从事水利工作的实际，对如何建好、管好、用好爱心水窖提出自己的几点建议，仅供参考。 　　关键词：爱心水窖；建设 　　Summary: on October 11, 2012, the communist party of China (yunnan provincial party committee, provincial peoples government on the construction of water cellar for love to solve the opinions of the drinking water and the provinces video conference, to accelerate the work of the love project construction overall arrangement, which fully embodies the province provincial party
