人性化护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.81 　　摘要目的：探讨个性化护理干预在糖尿病患者中的应用疗效。方法：2011-2013年收治糖尿病患者160例，随机分为对照组与干预组，对照组予以常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予人性化护理干预，观察比较两组护理后的护理效果及生活质量情况。结果：干预组护理干预后的护理效果优良率98.7%，对照组93.7%，两者比较差异具有统计学意义（χ2=7.110，P0.05）。干预组Eds QL总分明显高于对照组，且社交功能及情感功能评分也明显高于对照组，两者比较差异明显具有统计学意义（t=8.503，10.960，6.460，P0.01）。结论：人性化护理干预可有效控制血糖、尿糖等，显著改善患者生活的质量，应予以临床应用。 　　关键词人性化护理糖尿病护理干预 　　The application of humanistic nursing intervention in patients with diabetes 　　Wei Cuilan 　　The Center Hospital of Yan Shi Town，Juancheng County，Shandong 274609 　　AbstractObjective：To investigate the effect of individualized nursing intervention in patients with diabetes.Methods：160 cases with diabetes mellitus were selected from 2011 to 2013.They were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group.The control group were given routine nursing，while the intervention group were given the humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.We compared the nursing effects and the patients’lives quality between the two groups.Results：The excellent and good rate of of nursing intervention group after intervention was 98.7%.The control group was 93.7% at the same time.There was statistically significant difference between them（χ2=7.110，P0.05）.The total score of Eds QL of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the social function and emotional function scores were significantly higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（t=8.503，10.960，6.460，P0.01）.
