优质护理服务模式在骨折患者中的应用效果评价 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.11.95 　　摘 要 目的：观察优质护理服务模式在骨折患者中的应用效果。方法：将80例骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例，对照组给予骨科住院常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施优质护理服务模式，采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评估患者抑郁状态，评估患者住院期间的睡眠质量和术后3个月康复效果。结果：与对照组比较，观察组住院期间HAMD和失眠的发生率明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组比较，观察组术后优良率明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：优质护理服务模式能明显改善骨折患者抑郁状态和睡眠质量，能有效促进骨折患者术后康复。 　　关键词 优质护理服务模式 骨折 HAMD 　　Evaluation of application effect of high quality nursing service mode in fracture patients 　　Li Xia 　　Department of Orthopedics，the Peoples Hospital of Qingyang City，Gansu 745000 　　Abstract Objective：To observe the application effect of high quality nursing service mode in fracture patients.Methods：80 patients with fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing of department of orthopedics，the observation group was given high quality nursing service mode on the basis of the control group.We assessed the depressive state of patients with hamilton depression scale（HAMD），and we assessed the sleep quality in the hospitalization and rehabilitation efficacy of patients in 3 months after operation.Results：Compared with the control group，the incidence rate of HAMD and insomnia of patients in hospitalization of the observation group were significantly reduced，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Compared with the control group，the rate of good postoperative of the observation group was significantly higher，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing service model can significantly improve depression and sleep quality of fracture patients，and promote the rehabilitation of fracture patients. 　　Key words High quality nursing service model；Fracture；HAMD 　　骨折是临床常见的疾病之一，具有较高的发病率，其致病多由外伤或车祸引起，对患者的心身健康造成了很大的影响[1]。疼痛是骨折患者常见的并发症，持续的疼痛对患者造成了重大的心理负担，严重影响着患者的治疗效果[2]。选择有效的护理措施有助于促进骨折患者功能恢复，本研究旨在探讨优质护理服务模式在骨折患者中的应用效果，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　2012年1月～2013年6月收治骨折患者80例，所有骨折患者均符合以下入
