优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用分析 　　[摘要] 目的 研究优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用效果。 方法 整群选取2013年6月―2014年6月间94例在该院接受治疗的心血管内科患者，将其随机分为两组，观察组与对照组各有患者47例。采用优质护理模式对观察组患者进行护理，采用常规护理模式对对照组患者进行护理，护理后记录并比较两组患者临床相关指标、患者对护理满意度方面及患者治疗后生活质量优良率。 结果 观察组心血管内科患者在生活质量优良率方面与对照组患者相比较，数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者在护理满意度方面显著优于对照组患者（P0.05）。观察组患者在住院时间、临床症状消失时间方面均显著优于对照组患者（P0.05）。 结论 在对心血管内科患者进行护理时应采用优质护理模式，优质护理模式能够有效的提高患者对护理的满意度及患者生活质量优良率，极大的缩短了患者的住院时间及临床症状消失时间，值得在临床中大力推广。 　　[关键词] 优质护理；心血管内科；护理工作；效果 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）06（a）-0157-03 　　Application of High-quality Care Model to Cardiovascular Medicine Nursing Service 　　TAN Jie-mei 　　Aketao County People’s Hospital， Kergez Autonomous Prefecture of Kizilsu， Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region，845550 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of high-quality care model applied to cardiovascular medicine nursing work.
