优质护理干预措施对临终癌症患者的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：研究优质护理干预措施对临终癌症患者的影响。方法：选择2010年3月-2013年3月笔者所在医院收治的120例临终癌症患者进行研究。随机分为干预组和对照组两组，各60例。干预组采用优质护理干预措施对患者实施护理，对照组采用常规的护理措施对患者实施护理。结果：干预组患者的社会活动评分、日常生活能力评分、焦虑状况评分、抑郁状况及整体生活质量评分均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。干预组患者的心理状况差的患者比例（8.3%）明显低于对照组（21.7%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=4.1830，P0.05）。干预组患者对护理工作的满意度（93.3%）明显高于对照组（80.0%），两组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=4.6154，P0.05）。结论：优质护理干预措施可显著改善临终癌症患者的生存质量，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 临终癌症； 护理干预； 影响 　　中图分类号 R473.73 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2013）33-0072-02 　　The Influence of Quality Care Interventions on Dying Cancer Patients/SUN Zhong-li，WU Juan，ZHU Rong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2013，11（33）：72-73 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the influence of quality care interventions on dying cancer patients.Method：120 cases of dying cancer patients from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were studied.They were randomly divided into intervention group and control groups，60 patients in each group.The patients in intervention group were nursed with high-quality nursing care，the patients in control group were used conventional measures.Result：Intervention group’s social activity score，ADL score，anxiety score，depression and overall quality of life scores were significantly higher than the control group.There were statistically significant in two groups（P0.01）.Patients with poor psychological state rate （8.3%） of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group（21.7%），there was statistically significant in two groups（字2=4.1830，P0.05）.Patients care satisfaction rate（93.3%）of the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group（80.0%），there was statistically significant in two groups（字2=4.6154，P0.05）.Conclusion：Quality care interventions can significantly improve the quality of life of cancer patients dying，is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Dying of cancer； Nursing interventions； Impact 　　First-author’s address：903 Hospital，Jiangyou 621700，China 　　在临终阶段，癌症患者除了生理上的痛苦之外，更重要的是对死亡的恐惧[1]。临终癌症
