优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨及观察优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用价值。 方法 选取2011年4月～2013年12月于广州市妇女儿童医疗中心进行宫腔镜手术治疗的140例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各70例。对照组患者给予常规围术期护理，观察组患者采用优质护理理念进行围术期护理。比较两组患者术后不同时间的复发率及护理前后的疾病知识认知度、生活质量评估结果。 结果 观察组术后6、12、18、24个月时单发和多发患者的复发率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）；护理后1、2、4、8周观察组患者疾病知识认知度高于对照组，生活质量评估结果也优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 优质护理理念在子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后患者中的应用价值较高，对于提高患者的认知度及控制复发均发挥着积极的作用。 　　[关键词] 优质护理理念；子宫内膜息肉；宫腔镜手术；应用价值 　　[中图分类号] R473.71 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2015）05（b）-0129-04 　　Application value of high-quality nursing philosophy in patients with endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation 　　XU Cuiyi1 HUANG Liu2 　　1.Central Operation Room， Women and Children Medical Center of Guangzhou City， Guangdong Province， Guangzhou 510623， China； 2.Department of Gynecology， Women and Children Medical Center of Guangzhou City， Guangdong Province， Guangzhou 510623， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate and observe the application value of high-quality nursing philosophy in patients with endometrial polyp after hysteroscopic operation.
